How to Export Orders from NuOrder
Download your NuOrder purchase orders as Excel files, then upload them to BoutiqueOS to automatically create products and purchase orders in your POS system.
What you'll need
- A NuOrder account with submitted orders
- Access to NuOrder on a desktop computer
- A BoutiqueOS account with Orders
Step-by-Step Export
Log in to NuOrder
Go to nuorder.com and sign in with your retailer account.
Go to Orders
Navigate to your Orders section. This is typically in the left sidebar or top navigation depending on your NuOrder version.
Find and open your order
Locate the purchase order you want to export. You can search by brand name, PO number, or filter by date and status. Click on the order to open it.
Export the order
With the order open, look for the Export or Download option. Choose Excel (.xlsx) as your export format.
Verify the export
Open the downloaded file in Excel to make sure it looks right. You should see columns including PO #, Product Name, Color, Size, Wholesale, and MSRP.
Upload to BoutiqueOS
Log in to app.boutiqueos.ai, go to Orders → Import Orders, and drag your file onto the upload area. BoutiqueOS will automatically detect it as a NuOrder export and parse all your order data.
Troubleshooting
"Missing required columns" error
BoutiqueOS requires the "Product Name" and "MSRP" columns in your NuOrder export. Check your NuOrder export settings to make sure these columns are included. If you're not sure how to change this, contact NuOrder support or email us for help.
File not recognized as NuOrder
BoutiqueOS identifies NuOrder exports by the "PO #" column header. If your file doesn't have this column, it may be a different export format. Email the file to kevin@releasepoint.ai and we'll update our parser to support it.
Some sizes or colors are missing
Make sure your NuOrder export includes the full size/color breakdown, not just the summarized view. Some export options collapse the size grid — you want the detailed version.
Ready to import?
Once you've exported your order, head to BoutiqueOS to upload it.
