How to export orders from JOOR
Download the Order Summary Excel from JOOR, then drop it on the Import page. BoutiqueOS builds the products and purchase order for Heartland Retail, and you review everything before it's created.
What you'll need
- A JOOR retailer account with the order you want to import
- JOOR open in a desktop browser
- A BoutiqueOS account with Import, connected to Heartland Retail
Step by step
Open the order in JOOR
Sign in at joor.com and open the order you want to import. One file per order keeps each brand on its own purchase order.
Click Download
The Download button is on the order itself, not the orders list.
Choose Order Summary Excel (.xls)
The file saves to your computer, usually your Downloads folder.
Use the Excel, not the PDF. The PDF a showroom emails you after an order is signed is the same order, but it leaves out size and color detail, so it can't be imported.Drop it on the Import page
In BoutiqueOS, go to Import → Import Orders and drop the file. JOOR files are detected automatically.
Opened the file in Excel and re-saved it? That's fine. It still imports.Review, then import
Check names, colors, sizes, quantities, cost, and retail on the review page, then confirm. Nothing is created in Heartland until you do.
Troubleshooting
"This looks like a JOOR order PDF"
That's the emailed PDF. Open the order in JOOR, click Download → Order Summary Excel (.xls), and upload that file instead.
Retail prices are missing
Set them with the markup tool on the review page before you import.
