How to Export Orders from JOOR

Download your JOOR purchase orders as Excel files, then upload them to BoutiqueOS to automatically create products and purchase orders in your POS system.

What you'll need

  • A JOOR account with submitted orders
  • Access to JOOR on a desktop computer (not the mobile app)
  • A BoutiqueOS account with Orders

Step-by-Step Export

1

Log in to JOOR

Go to joor.com and sign in with your retailer account.

3

Find the order you want to export

Locate the specific purchase order you want to import into your POS. You can filter by brand, season, or status to find it quickly. Make sure the order status shows as Confirmed or Submitted.

Pro tip: You can only export one order at a time. If you placed orders with 5 brands at market, you'll download 5 separate files and upload them one at a time to BoutiqueOS.
4

Open the order

Click on the order to open the order detail view. You should see all the line items with styles, colors, sizes, quantities, and prices.

5

Click "Export" or "Download"

Look for the Export or Download button — it's typically near the top right of the order detail page. Select Excel (.xlsx) as the format.

Important: Make sure you download the Excel (.xlsx) format, not PDF. BoutiqueOS needs the Excel file to read the product data.
6

Check your download

The file will download to your computer (usually your Downloads folder). The filename will typically include the brand name and PO number.

Quick check: Open the file in Excel. You should see columns like "Customer PO #", "Style", "Color", "Size", "Wholesale", and "Retail". If you see these, the file is ready for BoutiqueOS.
7

Upload to BoutiqueOS

Log in to app.boutiqueos.ai, go to Orders → Import Orders, and drag your file onto the upload area. BoutiqueOS will automatically detect it as a JOOR export and parse all your order data.

Troubleshooting

I don't see an Export button

Make sure you've opened the individual order (clicked into it), not just viewing the orders list. The export option is on the order detail page, not the list view.

BoutiqueOS says the file format isn't recognized

Double-check that you downloaded the Excel (.xlsx) format, not PDF or CSV. If the issue persists, email the file to kevin@releasepoint.ai and we'll take a look.

Some prices are missing

If the retail price column is empty in the JOOR export, BoutiqueOS will automatically calculate it using a 2.2x markup from the wholesale price. You can adjust this on the review screen.

Ready to import?

Once you've exported your order, head to BoutiqueOS to upload it.
