How to export orders from Faire

Download the Product info CSV for each Faire order, then drop it on the Import page. Prepacks are expanded into sizes for you, and you review everything before it goes into Heartland Retail.

What you'll need

  • A Faire retailer account with the order you want to import
  • Faire open in a desktop browser
  • A BoutiqueOS account with Import, connected to Heartland Retail

Step by step

  1. Open the order in Faire

    Sign in at faire.com and open the order. Each brand you ordered from is its own order.

  2. Click Download Order

    It’s on the order page.

  3. Choose Product info (.csv)

    Pick it from the dropdown. The CSV saves to your computer.

  4. Drop it on the Import page

    In BoutiqueOS, go to Import → Import Orders and drop the CSV. Review the order, then confirm to import.

Prepacks in the description (for example "12-unit prepack: (1) 24, (1) 25, (2) 26…") are expanded into the right quantity per size, as long as the sizes add up to the line quantity.
The Faire order number is carried into the Heartland purchase order description, so you can trace it later.

Troubleshooting

I can’t find Download Order

Open the individual order, not the orders list, and use a desktop browser. The download may not be available in the mobile app.

Retail prices are missing

Faire files often leave out retail. Set it with the markup tool on the review page before you import.
